TORONTO, ONTARIO, August 31, 2017 –The Special Committee of the board of directors of BitRush Corp. (CSE:BRH, Frankfurt:0XSN) (“BRH”, “BitRush” or the “Company”) is providing the following update to shareholders.

The Company is still awaiting the court’s decision in its Application against Werner Boehm, its former CEO, Alfred Dobias, MezzaCap Investments Ltd, and Elfriede Sixt. The Company will provide a further update when a decision is rendered.

As a follow up to the press release dated May 29, 2017, BitRush issues a further warning to its shareholders about the personal fund-raising scheme initiated by Mr. Boehm (dubbed the “Litigation Token Project”). The Litigation Token Project purports to offer BitRush shareholders a stake in the profits of proposed litigation threatened by Mr. Boehm in exchange for currency or shares of BitRush.

As previously stated, the Litigation Token Project is a fund-raising exercise being undertaken by Mr. Boehm personally and is not connected in any way to BitRush. The Company believes that any funds or shares provided to Mr. Boehm pursuant to his Litigation Token Project will not be recovered. BitRush urges any person considering providing funds or shares to Mr. Boehm to first seek legal and/or investment advice from a qualified advisor.
